SUP Yoga allows you to take your practise from your yoga mat to your board and lets you connect on the deepest level with body, mind and breath to create an energetic and revitalizing experience.
SUP Yoga is for all levels from beginners to advanced yoga practitioners. It is recommended to first enrol in a SUP Basics course so you have the foundational paddling skills and knowledge to safely paddle to a calm and sheltered location.
From seated twists to standing 1 leg balance postures to core balancing poses, SUP Yoga offers a great variety of movements that can improve your balance, strength and flexibility.
The constant moving and changes in the water take your yoga practise to a much deeper level allowing you to feel each pose and the small muscles working to stabilize the body and connect the breath with movement.
The ideal SUP Yoga board will be roughly 32" Wide and 10"+ in length with a soft and full length deckpad for balance and comfort.
